1. The primary thing is to not have the player's performance take its own path (ie. not to let it go too much).

A lot of our players have really focused on the team while improving their mechanics. A lot of our players are working on their physical game and their mindset as they get closer to full health. We need to work on improving that in order to make that kind of player have a great game. Some players were able to work on that but a lot of it they couldn't control or understand well enough.

As the season draws to a close, we have to take action. If we can do something different at that time, that's good. I don't buy into that. I don't think we need this to continue all year. We have been in an environment where we've played against good teams and they've shown how they can make things happen at a high level and have won a lot of games. I think that will be a very good improvement on that when we get back into the game and make a change at some point next season but I don't want to start off the year looking backwards or trying to just say nothing at all. I try to look back and do my best every day to get our players here and be ready for 2015.
