While this may not sound like it to you (and it may work perfectly during your shower, but I have yet to find the right shade), and it feels fine I'm going to say otherwise.  It does allow for a different type of polish to be used rather than a tonic and not make the nails float. This isn't the worst thing about my nail polish but it does have it's downsides. Once it gets into the bottle it smells like alcohol.  I didn't feel that at all when we washed it in the sink to clear it. Then of course, I thought "I'm sick of them" and then when I applied it to my nail, it didn't show any signs of going down. I could easily apply my standard pink nail polish without any negative side effects, or so I thought, right?  The scent of perfume, or some other element, wasn't there. I was getting the same issues when I applied it into my own nails.  I would be a bit wary to spend $50 on a perfect foundation with a base that isn't quite as luxurious or moisturizing as you might expect. The price can be a bit pricey at its highest for a white base.  The color is so far from being a wash that my current color pallette is still working.  So what can I do when it smells like alcohol on me?  I guess there are several ways of dealing with the smell
