But before everyone asks this question "Why?" the most important question is "Why not?" We all should know that we can make a lot of beautiful Christmas presents out of anything we feel like, but what if we only spent a little more time doing it? Could something new, interesting or special come into our lives? Could we just change things once and for all?

To make an idea of what I've created I had to do a little research, try to think through some of my favorite Christmas topics (which we tend to forget about in favor of what we really do love). From the basic facts of what makes a good Christmas present or something special, to some of the best of the best, it is easy to come up with some ideas. So here are 12 ideas on why Santa Claus might be so special:

1. Christmas really doesn't mean anything to you anymore

Santa is truly special and his gifts are something far more significant than just his name, his accomplishments or his work. It's much more important than an item to you that will make your eyes burn or that you can make it to your future.

Santa's special gifts are gifts that truly are gifts for you, that tell your entire life about you, about yourself, about God or other beings around you, about time. He's such an awesome person.
